Digitcom Signs Joint Venture With Major SE Asian Telecom Company

SANTA MONICA, CA, November 21, 1997 ? Digitcom Corporation (DGIV-OTC) subsidiary DLD Corporation has signed a memo of intent with Citra Swara Adidya of Jakarta,
Indonesia (Citra) to provide international long distance telecommunications services in that country

NOTE NO LONGER a Memo of INTENT it is REAL THEY ARE PARTNERS JV!

Citra is a diversified company with operations in petroleum, power
generation, health care, and value-added telecommunications services.

THEY ARE A CONGLOMERATE IN INDONESIA TALK ABOUT STAMP OF APPROVAL I KNOW WhAT IT MEANS AnD THE MM'S DO TOO IT'S THE PUBLIC THAT DOES NOT KNOW.

Senior management of Citra enjoys considerable influence with the Ministry of Telecommunications in Indonesia.

The Venture's warm relationship with the Indonesian government is important since business alliances and political influence often determine the success of enterprises in emerging markets.

High-level interest is very hard to come by and is very valuable to licensing new products and companies entering developing countries.

Citra will procure the telecommunications licenses with the Indonesian government and DLD will install servers for use in the Digitcom network.

This deployment is an entry into the third-fastest growing country in South East Asia, and Indonesia is projected to be a high growth
economy for the next 10 years.
