Who said that the Great IOM Sucker Rallys were over? Longs better seriously consider bailing here. Consider this a gift. It's gonna get ugly for IOM real soon.

Just look back at Jan 18 or so. See a pattern? I do.

Well, it looks like I might have messed up, selling too much of my IOM at a lower price. Why couldn't the rest of you bulls keep up my confidence? I think I've been listening to Rocky too much lately.

I think IOM's future still looks pretty fuzzy with Jaz likely to be declining soon due to competition and with Zip apparently losing SKU's. Zip, of course, is the only thing really important to me, and I just couldn't hold onto all of my IOM shares with decreasing Zip OEM inclusion. After all, I'd been thinking the Zip would continue to get into more computers and slowly replace the floppy, much like the 3.5" floppy did to the 5.25". If IOM can do this, it's way way undervalued, but I'm just too uncertain it will happen now that Zip OEM inclusion is down.

I guess I'll just have to buy back at a higher price if I see a renewed increase in Zip OEM inclusion. Right now the only sign of a turnaround in OEM inclusion is the announcement about the Zip standard in some notebook the other day, so I'd say it's too early to get back in.

I just hope IOM drops some in the meantime!

I'd say revenues may continue to fall this quarter due to continued Jaz weakness and will likely be flat in Q3 too unless Zip suddenly regains acceptance with computer makers.
