That may be the best solution. They have five machines they can sell. I am worried about the 49% stock ownership. If HeartScan goes away, the stock is worthless. How will that impact Imat's bottom line? What kind of a write off will it be? Anybody got any guesses as to the magnitude of the loss.

I'll bet the insiders have a lot of their money tied up in this and stand to lose a pretty penny.
