Well I'm guessing no one is taking BellSouth seriously. This should be major news, but the investment community is ignoring it. It would be very damaging to the Qwest like companies if this goes forwards. I think it's just another way of BellSouth getting attention and they have no real hopes of actually getting paid access fees by the "Internet" long distance companies. Just think if they did get their fees, then what would be next, ISP's? I just don't see it happening or maybe I'm not giving us enough credit for being on to something here? Should be interesting what you find out.

While you are contacting BellSouth, you may want to ask them how it's going with the RBOCs petitions to get into long distance business via data networks. I haven't heard much for the last couple of weeks concerning this.
