If you placed a Market order, YOU are FILLED, I'd bet money & a lot of it on that:-) or I would change brokers for sure. Only thing that would stop a Market order would be a hault in trading. Unless I am big time fooled, Market orders MUST be filled by the Market Maker and if there are no sellers the MM must raise the price until there are, in which case your order to buy would fill. Same thing if you were selling at market, they would have to lower the price until there wasa a willing buyer for your order.
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but that is the way it is suppose to work.
I say you own FNTN shares, there is just not a conformation on the order YET.........
Regards,
Malcolm

Joe,

I use DLJDirect and often to see a BB execution I have to give the trade time to go thru then cancel the order. Within a couple of minutes I usually get a 'too late to cancel' message then an 'execution' message. If I don't do that to 'get their attention' I sometimes have to wait till evening.

Joe:

Something is funny about this stock. It went below my buy
order price yesterday and didn't fill, so I called my broker
and they said there probably was just a buy and that they
couldn't confirm whether I bought or not because their orders
were delayed. I didn't go for that, so I checked it this
morning and my order still hadn't filled, so I cancelled the
order. About 30 minutes later my broker called and said my
order should have been filled and they would honor it if I
still wanted too. I went ahead and took the order, but it
makes me kind of nervous.
