Will DELL breakout after options expiration Saturday?

The reason DELL is trading sideways might be due to options
expiraton. The "pain-point" seems to be between 62.5 and 65.
Payout increases sharply for a close above 70. Which leads me
to wonder if that's the reason DELL is basically trading
sideways this week (there seems to be strong resistance around
69-70). Will it break out next week after options expiration
into the mid-70s?
