ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 15, 1998--In a move which further expands its strategic channel partners program, Raytheon Wireless Solutions today announced an agreement with Merisel, Inc. to distribute its Raylink wireless local area network (LAN) product family to resellers throughout the U.S. Raylink enables companies to build and extend their corporate LAN infrastructures easily and cost effectively.

Designed to the IEEE 802.11 standard, the Raylink family is a 2Mbps wireless LAN solution based on frequency hopping spread spectrum technology.
