Hi Bill!! Thanks for the honest opinion. What part of the technologies make you think this could be all BS? Are you familiar with Dr. Miley's research? I actually spoke to Dr. Miley a couple of months ago. He confirmed that Daimler was involved in his research. More feedback would be great Bill. Thanks!! Truth

A little DD and Opinion help on another potential Ballard - PWRE ?.!.?.! RE: PWRE/PTC (Energy Fuel Cell) Here's an idea worth checking out. PTC Holdings which is 51% partner in JV hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing and marketing partnership with Energia (giant Russian Mfr. Firm) (Sputnick, Mir Space Station, etc.) energialtd.com Energia has strong background in fuel cell development. PTC will have manufacturing supplied by Energia, and JV marketing. PTC Holdings (pvt. Company with technology) is being merged in to PTC Group (PWRE - OTCBB) Merger to take place Fri/Mon. Announcement of merger is on Energia page. Competition is Ballard (Canadian Company ). Ballard gone from $25 - 125 in last 12 months. Ballard announced they will have fuel cell ready for delivery to Ford/Benz JV by 2005. PTC believes they will have product in market for delivery by 2000.. PWRE Capitalization: 7.6 mm shares total - (2mm restricted) - of remaining 5.6 ~ « held by institutions that bought in at $6-8/s - leaves 2.8 in float, est. a 60-100k short. - stock in very short supply. - main MM is Comprehensive Capital IR contact is: Mike Cartmel (on Bd of PTC) 604-990-9889 Stock very strong moves in last month on couple hundred thousand shares per day. Merger expected by Fri/or Monday. Energia web site already has announcement of JV. PTC est.s they will be delivering commercial fuel cell product in 2000, 4-5 years ahead of Ballard.
