CORRECTION CORRECTION CORRECTION regarding the LCI contract:

...LCI executives said the company will be adding close to 40 Ascend carrier-class B-STDX 9000 Multiservice Frame Relay and CBX 500 Multiservice ATM switches to its nationwide backbone...

Earlier today, I posted that I had gotten a figure of 30-50 grand for these switches. That is an incorrect figure. The 9000s go for (roughly) 150-300 grand each, depending on the buildout. The CBX 500s are more expensive, in the 300-500 grand range. Remember LSI gets a "deal", and we are going to assume that this is not the last order they are giving ASND. Assuming the low end of our guesstimate, we are probably looking at an initial order of greater than $9,000,000.00, and it could be almost double that amount.
