Don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but.... Just spoke with Lillian Armstrong. Altris will not release today. They will then be in "Non-Compliance" which apparently means you get sent to your room without supper by the SEC - but little more. Once your not being traded, there is little consequence in the "we'll halt trading" threat. Lillian thinks it will be more than a few days but not weeks. By the way, she is a very nice lady in a lousy position. Hang tight
