Dave I think we have some people dead set on trading and manipulating ABMI. They will lose and the long term shareholders will win as long as we continue to hold and exhibit faith in the direction this company is headed. Here is a post that I just wrote over at the Yahoo board in reply to a guy who has been trading ABMI shares:

I think you may want to rethink your strategy when it comes to ABMI. This company is really turning the corner in every way to becoming a long term success story.

They are getting their financing.

OEM sales are set to ramp up.

The distribution network is rounding out to fully defined world wide coverage. This means higher sales of the 100% silicone catheter line.

R&D continues with the OmniCath and hopefully will soon with other products such as the OmniStent as well.

The opportunity for American BioMed to find a strategic partner has never been better.

The consolidation in the medical device industry continues on a rampant basis. Check out the 10K for 1997 and don't forget about AVEI buying World Medical this week:

sec.yahoo.com

ABMI is finding a new base to move higher from as we get more positive press releases in the weeks to ahead.

If you feel like you have to trade ABMI, It's my opinion that you should trade only a small amount of your overall shares because sooner or later you will be buying your shares back for a heck of a lot more
money.

Go ABMI!

Regards, Jeff

Dave,
The stock price is reflecting day trading patterns at this point. I know for a fact that the amount of shares bought in the last one month far exceed the number of shares sold. That is the trend in the long run. More dips will encourage more buying and the shares are moving gradually in to hands that will hold the shares. The selling also puts reality checks on the stock. For every seller there is a buyer and theoretically if there were no sellers the stock would be priceless.

The recent news only strengthens our belief that ABMI is going to tread higher grounds soon as all the necessary catalysts that will increase revenues ( and also the stock ) are in place. Next few months will speak for itself.

Go ABMI,

Sri
