Dirk, CoStar insisted that it was the GVIL modem, but I believe you're correct. It makes sense that no internal modem would allow the port to be free. I set up the machine and don't recall the modem port being covered, but it's possible that it was, since I didn't attach the CoStar device at that time, and he attached it later. Thanks for getting GVIL off the hook for that. They've got enough problems. Looks like we'll get a further upward pop before the bell.27-3/8 on the bid and 27-7/16 on the ask at 3:34PM. Linda
