Hello Peter

I am sorry Peter, I can not recall the details of Rangold's/SUF's property transactions without searching old news releases.

Your observations may well come up this morning however.

If the court did not rule in SUF's favour, I suppose the heirs could simply accept a buyout from DeBeers, so I am not sure there is any leaverage there.

Not much point in speculating right now.

I have just waited 10 minutes on long distance to be told by Bell Advantage that the lines are fully booked and I will not be able to listen in so perhaps another poster will be able to brief us.

Nice of Bell to charge me long distance rates for 10 minutes before telling me the lines are booked. Remind me to use them in the future.

Regards

Hi guys!

Just received an E-Mail from David Mitchell with some interesting information. It may shed more light on what is going on with DeBeers.
Check out canoe5.canoe.ca

In addition RBC Dominion has conducted a Diamond Industry Review dated Feb. 27 1998. Hilton Ashton writes that he was concerned that without M1, a production of 2,000 tons per day might be difficult. (CJ pointed that out during the conference call). Anyways RBC Dominion,s (one and three year targets have been reduced to $15.00 and $23.00 respectively).
Having not read this report, I can only assume that the focus was Klipspringer and possibly the alluvials in Angola. I would suspect that Camafuca may not have been fully valued as it is still early for predictions on that project.
Vaughn, David has provided some valuable info on Suf and he would like you to E-Mail him if possible. He cannot post on SI but I gather he is an avid reader of your posts as I am.
His E-Mail address is mitchel@alcor.concordia.ca

To all who have provide info on my query, thanks Guys

Cheers !!! Peter
