Hey folks, another example of money managers bulldozing cash into Quantum again, quietly and without upgrades, etc... This stock is going to sneak it's way back up before the "upgardes" comeout. Don't expect $30 yet, 6 million shares today ain't nothing yet (calculate how many millions trades when this baby went down last winter. That'll take the same to bring it back up. Those guys/gals with all the meters, starting adding up shares, you will figure it out.
