When you spoke to Jack today, how did he sound and what was his mood? Was all this his doing of was he influenced by WOTD? They should have waited for a profitable 10Q before any reverse. What was the hurry anyway??? They already had the cash and shares for the first acquisition. Folks were sitting (with cash in hand) on the sidelines waiting for the merger announcement, now the name CVIA is MUDD... Whether they care or not, the internet boards ARE a force that need to be considered and reckoned with. CVIA/WOTD is going to have a very rough start unless this is addressed SOON... Still not too late to declare a typo. Change the 50MM to 500,000! You can ask for an increase later, after you've proven yourselves!

Reason--You talking Class Action? Sign me up, I'm out. Class Action can still be accretive. Jack Arnold would have been better off mixing cancer cures for some Wetback quack in Tijuana, than trying to pull this one off. Reason- your name suits you well. If all they had done was announce a merger with this WOTD outfit, the stock could have hit a nickel. Put some good spin and who knows dime or more? Then, the reverse could have started to formulate, just formulate. A 20 for 1 at a quarter would have had a hell of a lot more credibility and less dilutive effect. But these contraceptive mishap buffoons just had to see the quick cash . This company ALREADY IS the laughing stock of the market. TG
