Mayer, I'm sure that BrokerG or James can come up with a GME to EXL ratio. But I'm more the gut (value?) feel type of investor. I like EXL in the low 30's and GME in the low 90's (or lower). I have trouble picking a ratio, but if I had to pick one, I would say 2GME to 1 EXL.

Some other points emerging from my discussion with RM was that they need to keep producing in order to pay the bills (and ~100 employees on site) and the dispute should be resolved by the summer. Meaning that the downside may be minimal at these levels, with the only negative being the POG, which would present a buying opportunity.

Check out the story on Trivalence Mining (SI thread) (TMI-V), if you want to bet/speculate on a story where you won't have to be concerned about ratios. A play where the JV partners were in a similar dispute and the majority partner bought out the junior partner. With limited downside. A diamond play with positive cash flow.

Cheers Winzer
