Maybe Phil's busy buying more Apple. Did you ever buy those calls? CNBC is still using the $.16 earning figure.

Reason I ask is that I remember being surprised in January that the price didn't rise faster after the preannouncement. It took a long time to get to the $20s.

If you remember, just a few hours after Jobs preannounced he did his (in)famous walkout on Bruce Francis of CNBC. That upset a lot of Wall Street types and allegedly froze the rise dead in its tracks for a few days.
