Good! I'm going to take a contrarian view on this dog against this
Kurlak guy. If Merril Lynch can hype up those internet stock (which
will eventually crash down), I'm not afraid of this ML guy trashing
INTEL. I am going to take a bigger position on this dog!!

Robert, And it looks like he is getting his wish. He probley didn't buy the stock and needs for it to go down so he can pick it up and/or he is shorting.
My observation has been when an analyst downgrades a stock, wait for a couple of days and than BUY it.
