The inflammatory insinuations made in the Stockwatch article to which you refer don't stop too far short of implying that the officers of Crystallex are lying to the public and are, in essence, perpetrating a scam. It therefore begs the question why the OSC hasn't stepped in to nip this obvious (sic) fraud in the bud - especially after so damning an expose and with BRE-X still fresh on their minds. Or is it that the OSC and the TSE's board of governors are in cahoots with the con artists? Perhaps that story will be Streetwire's next brilliant scoop . . . JK
