Dear Bruce: I doubt that the decision regarding Press Releases is Scotts. Mr. Jensen is likely the one who makes that decision. Since he files an 8-k on every release, I must presume that nothing has happened that in his judgement is a materially important event. I suspect that we may not see a press release until either NMS status is achieved or they report results of the 3rd quarter operations. I suggest that whomever lives within the local calling range of Scotts office make a weekly call and report to us whatever they can extract from Scott. I know its exasperating to watch so many NASDAQ stocks go up today while our beloved TAVA drops. Hopefully, all will be well in the World soon. JDN
