BMRA was due to report quarterly earnings by April 15. It looks as though they are awaiting info from LANZ, and will file results a little late. I've copied some of the NT-10Q (the request for more time) below: If the subject report could not be filed without unreasonable effort or expense and the registrant seeks relief pursuant to Rule 12b-25(b), the following should be completed.
