YHOO may not be the last to fall. If XCIT has excessive earnings and
revenues, YHOO may be perceived as losing market share and may tank.

One scenario/scheme where XCIT could have excessive earnings are if I am a speculator who has 50M to invest in an Internet stock 90 days ago. I purchase 40M in XCIT, then buy 10M in adds for the current quarter from XCIT. Suddenly, XCIT has an extra 10M revs and earnings that were not expected. The value of stock I have already purchased now has a value of 120M, and may double yet again when XCIT blowout earnings are announced.

Just another paranoid investor. The stock market is a different game if you have large amounts of money and ridiculous evaluations on very small revenues.

Paul.
