been selected by Compaq, the world's largest supplier of desktop computer
systems, to power the full range of new Compaq Deskpro corporate desktop
systems.

all business applications, ATI's RAGE PRO accelerator offers state-of-the-art
corporate IT management functionality, resulting in the most advanced graphics
enabled systems for corporate use.
The new Compaq Deskpro models include the Deskpro EN Series, a network
enterprise solution, which features ATI's RAGE PRO TURBO AGP graphics
accelerator chip, as well as new Intel 440BX AGP chipset. The RAGE PRO TURBO,
in addition to delivering industry-leading 3D, 2D and video acceleration,
provides support for remote IT management and is an ideal partner for the
Intel 440BX AGP chipset.
The price/performance oriented Deskpro EP Series features Pentium II and
the new Celeron processor from Intel, and provides an optimal blend of price
and performance for the corporate space. It ships with the ATI RAGE PRO TURBO
AGP graphics card with 4MB SGRAM and the Intel 440BX chipset.

The Compaq Deskpro EN and EP Series
The Compaq Deskpro EN Series is designed for outstanding serviceability
and manageability throughout the PC lifecycle, making it the ideal PC for
enterprise network computing. The series features an extensive selection of
Intel Pentium II processors, including up to speeds of 400MHz. The Compaq
Deskpro EP Series, designed as a value-added corporate system, is available
with the new Intel Celeron 266MHz processor or a wide range of Intel Pentium
II processors up to 400MHz.
All Deskpro EN Series models, as well as select Deskpro EP Series models,
come equipped with ATI's RAGE PRO TURBO AGP 2X graphics solution, in chip or
board form, with 4MB SGRAM, that supplies 3D, advanced 2D, teleconferencing
and multimedia performance. ATI's support of DMI (Desktop Management
Interface) enables both Deskpro Series to feature sophisticated Intelligent
Manageability capabilities, which permit management of individual PCs and ATI
