Forget Ameritrade. I have an eBroker account which is now part of Ameritrade. Confirms are slow as molasses in January and account balances not up-dated for eons. I prefer Datek to Ameritrade 100 fold. Have read some stuff about on-line traders on the Day Traders thread and IRBY up-dates links to these and other good trader sites every 500 messages or so.
