I still haven't bought LTUS yet but have been watching it closely and enjoying eating their delicious and healthy food. I got burned on another restaurant stock (Rock botton -BREW) and have had cold feet about restaurant stocks as a result. Still, whenever I go to Sweet Tomatoes they are packed with customers. As boomers age they will want to eat this way more. And they will go out to eat more once their kids are on their own. So I feel pretty confident about this well-run company. The restaurant business is one of the toughest to make a buck in -- it really makes me nervous. Nevertheless, if there is a pullback in the stock price, I may reconsider. What do you think?
