Good Afternoon Tony and All,

I posted this message on the other Intel thread and wanted to share it with all here because I think that many are uncomfortable with the events of the day only to be met with a late day
punch. As far as somebody kicking Kurlac's ass, he may at some point come across a disgruntled
Intel shareholder and find himself all of a sudden
the least concern about manipulating Intel's stock.

I know that there must be many disappointed Intel shareholders this afternoon. All day the stock was performing well when out of the clear, we see a manipulating force applied once again on Intel by the all too familiar voice of Tom Kurlac. Maybe we should buy a thousand shares of Merrill Lynch with all the money that this character is making for them by obviously creating all those commissions.

The Justice Department spends so much time messing around with Microsoft but turns it back on stock manipulation scams. This day reminds me of the movie," Dog Day Afternoon" where Al Pacino screws up the heist of a New York Bank. He should have become a stock analyst, put on a tie and worked for a brokerage house like Merrill and then just whipsaw stocks all day long. Nah!!! this kind of thing could not possibly be true. I am sure that Tom Kurlac would not even think of doing anything so appalling. I would like to know what everyone is feeling now about the 180 degree turn on Intel today. We all feel that we know what caused it and I would like to what
everyone thinks of Tom Kurlac and Merrill. What can be done to stop this guy?? There is a ball and chain around Intel's neck. What do you think should be done about it?? Look how long it has been since the stock has returned a profit to the shareholders. Does anyone feel that they are being victimized??

Tony, >>>Pore ol' Curt had some problems, maybe Tom does also.<<<

Curt was a good ol Boy - only wanted to ease some pain. Tom is a different breed altogether - may even enjoy causing a little pain (who knows?).

Tom reminds me more of the evil owner of the team that Robert Redford played for in the movie version of The Natural. He wanted his own team to lose and would go to any length to see to it.

Just like in the movie, Tom Kurlak is a tough hombre, and we need a good clean cut Robert Redford character (Craig Barrett?) to dig deep down and hit one for Intel investors.
