B shares are the most common, and most commonly traded.... they are in essence the ERICY you are aware of, and carry 1/1000th of a voting right.

A shares are less common (less than 1/10th of the total number of B shares outstanding), but they have full voting rights. In essence these are preferred or restricted shares. I think most, if not all of the A shares are held by large investing groups in Sweden. The ERICY ADR's that trade in the U.S. are the equivalent of a B share in Sweden.
