Sidney... I have not had time to take a hard look at the 10-K, so I won't make any profound prognostications. I'll save that for next week.

However, on the claim that Fahn sports the entire short of 800k shares, you are somewhat correct. From my reliable sources, they do carry most of it, but have laid some of it off with their questionable buddy John Fiero.

The acquisition of Universal was over 4 months ago. They already owned 24% of the company. We all know that. I dont know if you can really take credit for that one.

Nonetheless, You think the reason they bought Universal was to take the tax write-off because they couldn't pay the taxes. I think it was a move to vertically integrate. It's a one time write-off good for the future growth of the company. Even with the Universal acquisition, DHMG still finished 5 cents in the black.

Anyway...I'll be looking forward to reading your analysis of the 10-K.

Have a good weekend!!!
