BLS, had 35 big blocks going through today. Based on the chart alone I'd have to say it looks OVERSOLD. It has not been doing very well of late but I did notice that BLS have had 4 earnings suprises in last 4 quarters and generally the stock is in an uptrend until April, 1998.. Growth looks like it's slowing to about 3% a year but it could still surprise. It's just not the kind of stock that would show up on my scans. But I think the investors like it and could be a good buy.
