A little note regarding the valuation of the company. TFS is not the only one having trouble making good valuation after showing good earnings/potential, it seem that is the norm towards the small cap stocks. It has become a nagging problem to a lot of companies so that WSJ had to write about it (Tuesday's issue).

My suggestion to every body and especially to N.O. is to work out a format-like solution that might aid the company raise the valuation. If the company asks you to define three steps (only three options) that you think it represents the best advice/solution for the company to follow, what would it be?

MS SHARP PLEASE TAKE NOTE, if in fact N.O. is such a big holder of the company's shares, take his top three concerns seriously and try to make a deal with the guy (reverse your vote and we shall work together on what you suggest) after all business is business!

What is your three best steps the company should adopt right now??

N.S.
