Dave , he's playing guess-o-rama -- hopefully they have sold all their shares - PTSC got $ - they made profit - a good deal for all parties - the $$ were needed by PTSC -- better some dilution and PTSC is around to be successful -- with any luck at all that sort of financing will not be needed any more -- PTSC did get contract - and is looking into a strategic partner - JS just keeps beating the same old dead horse -- G

Dave,

Look at the balance sheet indicating about 1.5M left at the end of the quarter. Then subtract
the amount of shares at issuance of the document by the amount at
the end of the quarter. At about $1/share this would leave less than
a million. The recent stock price action suggests some more
conversion recently so the figure is probably even less.

No this was not a good deal for all concerned (pace sdr). It basically
screwed the stockholders while helping some insiders and
unscrupulous brokers.

As I have stated many times, it is not financing or dilution, but
the fact that there is no floor on the conversion price that makes
this deal such a scam.

Newer investors in PTSC as well as prospective ones need to
understand this. Lucky will be the one who gets in the right
time.
