Joe..or..GaBard Any idea if any of the prfd B stock that the insiders own being converted to common?? 70,000 shs @ 150 common = 10,500,000 shs I don't think there are any restrictions on converting this issue..and my last conversation with McAndrew indicated that more convertible prfd. to be issued. I've been a steady buyer of prfd A ..havn't sold common against it...yet your thoughts !! James..sitting in CT and thinking about the arb!!
