I may be paranoid - but that doesn't mean they're not out to get me. I'm only guessing, but I'll bet you have no investment in the company, draw a check every week, and have a promise of shares in the new venture, when ours become worthless. The "conspiracy" is not a theory - it is a reality. You have an interest in keeping the masses of shareholders silent. My interest is to point out the truth to those who will listen and to assist the authorities in bringing any miscreants, and those who aid and abet them, to justice.
