Wisam,

I have not a clue as to what your name may mean in German or Dutch, but I do know what you mean by search engines returning great gobs of extraneous data that have nothing to do with what you may be looking for.

Most Internet search engines give instructions for narrowing one's search. The syntax for specific search criteria varies from search engine to search engine.

Wisam,

There is no "Raad" in German, but there is the noun "Rad", which means "wheel." Don't know about Dutch or Flemish, but suspect they must have a similar word.

you can try to translate your name into German at this site and see what happens. I do not know if it will work but it would be interesting to fool around with.
