why doesn't pair do something with all that cash. like buy back some shares, put some confidence in the shareholders, and the investment community. does anybody have any comments or ideas about what going to do with the cash?

"So far, we have seen an uncommon amount of strength on PAIR prices after all the downgrades." I will add some to this... true, PAIR finished off by $3 yesterday while ADTN finished up $1... the importance is this... ADTN had q4 79 revs of 74MM, with earnings of 12Million or so... then ADTN reported q1 98 revs 65MM with earnings of 9MM or so !!! that's a bad dropoff in my view... we all know the pair story... q1 98 revs of 72MM with earnings of 11.6MM or so... I might add that ADTN missed their eps # by 3 cents... the interesting thing to note is this... ADTN finished up! Then, we must factor in that ORCTF finished yesterday at a new 52 week high! The conclusion is simple: the xDSL stocks have some serious strength building, and it is most likely that PAIR fell yesterday due to some degree of manipulation and due to a lot of panicky investors... but that does not really matter... as we saw today, PAIR began to bounce back and it will in fact close above the pre-eps release value of $24/share pretty soon. its bound to happen whether you like it or not... the fact is that PAIR ORCTF and ADTN all moved more or less in tandem over the last 18 months, and they will continue to do so in the future... IMHO, I would use this opportunity to buy up some more PAIR, as it's going higher...much higher... jp
