Perry - not that I recognize the name, but we'll probably see more rating upgrades as the analysts revise estimated earnings for the remainder of the year and the next few years out. Laura

Perry, Avalon is a small Boca Raton, FL based company which has given reports which I have mixed feelings about. They have given negative and positive reports about different companies, with PFE being one of the positive ones, but their reasons for their conclusions haven't always been very accurate in my opinion, primarily referring to one of the companies they recommended a strong sell/sell short back in september '97, which was simply rehashed in barrons a few weeks ago. I can't comment about the PFE opinion, as I haven't seen their report, but I tend to think that PFE is in pretty darn good shape as a company, a pharmaceutical pipeline, and a big pharmaceutical having its hands in the right places regarding small companies which are actively researching...these are the wildcards which all of the big guys hope will come through at some point. My opinions, for what they're worth. Regards, Marshall
