Do the 4.75M shares they just added to the stock option plans count as "outstanding"? If so, then there must not have been may shares converted.

Yes most has definitely been converted. This is not a rumour.
Is it 51% or 75% or 84%? I don't know.

Hopefully, we are almost out of the woods.
