PCSS - No pre-warning that I am aware of ---- Believed they had a pencil/travel freeze on for the quarter ---looking for .51 or better to squeeze all the juice out since if the merger goes thru this will be the last time they will report as DEC . Looking for a temporary pop of a $1 tomorrow for CPQ BEST WISHES BILL

No official DEC warning; however, Mason did say in an interview that DEC sales were being hurt by confusion in the marketplace. Thus, I won't be surprised if DEC's earnings are below expectations. -Eddie
