The remaining debt of the Company is primarily associated with the
Engineering Subsidiaries. The Company will file Chapter 11 bankruptcy
proceedings during 1998 naming its Engineering Subsidiaries to eliminate a majority of the remaining liabilities. (Please refer to "Item 3 Legal Proceedings").

What it means is that between them, the lawyer, and the auditors they can, on occasion, spell "subsidiaries" correctly. <g> Surely Jens and I aren't the only ones who noticed that this document is chock full of misspellings, mis-wordings, and weird grammar.

What this is referring to is KLH Engineers & Constructors, Inc., which apparently is still an entity, but will be bankrupted to get rid of the liabilities associated with it.

I don't know which of the liabilities are associated with it.
