Thanks for your reply Peter, Your statement certainly helps in understanding the thinking behind the scenes. No doubt this must be a factor as I've heard this before. Still one can argue DTN has a history too. DBC has made some great moves, remember they are one of few pioneers for developing the model for this kind of business. I expect a few "changes" (big and small) along the way - this is much better than most who haven't taken the risks to make changes, and are among those struggling. The businesses that have emerged and rooted are likely "killers". Seems like very different strategies. DTN with the massive debt but a steadily increasing customer base, DBC no debt (yet), building on alliances important to the big picture and, new products leveraging the internet. More strategy yet to unfold? Jim
