Mr. Eberting,

Let me give you some forsight on a few things. First, you'd be frankily very suprised to know what I DO. As for the stock buy back, My friend, suspended is the wrong word to use there. As for my not being informed of a stock buy back commencing again, I will tell you yet again, I would know. Mr. E, private US investors cannot sell DCTC short and the restricted shares say oh UP in CANADA cannot be sold short or sold with a legend on them. Rules are rules Mr. Eberting. A person in Samoa couldn't sell restricted shares so catch up on Short Selling rules. If you'd like i will email them to you. As for your not conversing with the man Mr Z, for several weeks, how about being more specefic and oh lets say 3 weeks. As for me starting some foolish rumor about the Mr.Z take over rumor, yet again you have not read any of the posts. MY STORY is simple, it doesn't change, its been the same and you have no idea who I am or what I do. As for me doing my due diligence, Mr. E I spent many days doing mine, can you say the same. You are most definetly getting me confused with your friend Mr. Z. And now, the companies " Problems" evidently you know more of them from your friend Mr. Z than from any one of the good people here attempting to carry on a constructive conversation. LOLOLOL, Mr E, 45,000 shares, oh OK! I believe YA. You live in WA STATE, maybe its only 4,500. Back to the due diligence question, if you have done your home work, why do you repeatedly ask the same questions? It baffles the mind. Now, I am done with this conversation with you and will not dignify you again with a response.I will carry on with those who know me and those who are interested in new and creative ideas that will enhance our future outlook. Ok, now run and call your buddy so you know how to respond next.

George, people are getting annoyed with you because, quite simply, you ARE being annoying, not to mention all the other adjectives one could toss out. You have taken on the roll of the person who constantly whines about how hot it is, when everyone else is fully aware of it.

Moreover, you have become a master conspiracy theorist. I don't know if someone is feeding you this stuff or whether you are coming up with it on your own, but when you start impugning the integrity of individuals in a public forum and somehow don't see that as being a matter of concern...

Get the hell out of this stock! At the rate you are going, you will die of cardiac arrest long before you recover your original investment! By the way, to help head off cardiac arrest, look into the technology offered by IMAT. Great product, but poor market reaction. Go figure.
