Wonderbread: Bakery equipment business? We G's come from the Bakery equipment bus.

My dad was in the bus. for many many years, last big sale and build out was Lender's Bagel Bakery. I worked for him for years cleaning the crap and layers of paint off of used equip. Bakers are like Nextel accountants, they painted over the dirt when the inspectors came.<VBG>

What I want after accounting, a good Blodgett oven and a location for a pizza bakery. I'll change my name to Alphonse DeCappo and make big bucks doin pizza in California.

15 1/2, cost basis for Nextel, no wonder you and Arnie are so happy.
At that buy in, you and Arnie might have to disqualify yourselves from posting cheerful news.<VBG> Like Alfred E. Newman says in Mad Magazine, "what, me worry"

Al G., worries enough for everyone.

Hi Ron,
So thats how you got the "wonderbread" moniker. Everyone knows by now why I am "Freeus", I'm not exactly a quiet philosopher!
You have been "loyal" to Nextel for quite a while. I had 1000 shares for a while but have half that now, decided to accumulate more Dell. But I think I will keep those shares indefinitely. It is difficult sometimes to continue holding a stock that does poorly or nothing. Intel is like that too, for me, what a wonderful company, what a miserable hold for the last year and a half anyway. You got into Nextel at a really good price compared to now, I got in from 17 through 30+. It isnt always easy to look longterm now that we have computers and can follow stuff minute by minute (on non working days or early early before work.)
So its funny: the computer, for trading, has both advantages and disadvantages. The advantages: lots of information, quick execution, threads like this that provide both info and emotional support! The disadvantages: too easy to trade quickly and cheaply, and threads like this that provide bogus information and bearish comments that undermine the support! LIfe is like that isnt it? (VVVVBG)
