Agreed on qtrly report. The point of beauty on the conf call was the response by McCloskey to Sherlund's guidance question. Unlike previous calls, he gave the green light to continued aggressive top line growth and expansion to 20% operating margins over the next few quarters. The other noteworthy point was Shenkman saying that Connectivity (BC Tel and Bell Canada) had first NSP customer live and that a couple more carriers should show similar success this qtr. It seems that Genesys is firing on all cylinders. It will be interesting to see what kind of growth rate they can sustain.

Clam,

GCTI has been a good hold of mine for a while. Great results and a really aggressive company culture. Interesting history with GCTI...Russian founders that have a lot of Russian programmers (PHD's) either still in Russia or moved to the US at a much lower rate than local talent. Consequently the staff is, IMO, more dedicated and stable than your usual silicon valley talent. Downside, I'm not sure the execs have the management breadth to handle this thing as it gets larger and needs an adult organization. In that way they remind me of Scopus or Clarify so you have to keep a close eye on them for a future blow-up.

Clam,

Any thought of GCTI price movement. I am surprised to see at these levels given the recent qtr. Have you seen or heard anything negative? I reloaded a little bit between 29 and 30. It may be a bit early but I unloaded half my position in the high 30's. I talked to one of the NSP-based CTI providers that is deploying T-Server and he spoke pretty bullishly about their prospects and other telcos around the corner. I am obviously bias but feel that GCTI is the company in my portfolio that is best positioned for gorillaness. Maybe it's a bit to obscure for mainstream fund managers to get excited about. Maybe Sherlund is to busy licking his wounds on PEGA and scratching his head about LHS's balance sheet to pound the table on anything.

Regards,
Bobo
