Wayne Gretsky is a superstar but every team needs a few tough guys who are not gifted but serve a purpose... Mandresh also a gifted analyst when he was at ML (he is now retired was a superstar of immense reputation) ML's Internet Analyst is Stealing the Show and is a very capable and respected person...
