Kurt -

As I have stated before - to tgs, even - I myself do appreciate an open dialogue here, and want to hear all the news.

However, some newer investors reading the thread may NOT have realized that his post IS the post of a competitor who, truthfully, and despite objective postings, only stands to lose if AGTI succeeds.

I think making sure folks know THIS, as well as the information posted about the earnings, helps to give a fully informed view of the whole picture.

And I personally think telling people to "disprove or shut up" is definitely uncalled for and counterproductive to the thread. People should feel free to state their opinions and exchange whatever information they think is relative to AGTI.

I am getting tired saying it: WHERE IS THE FINANCING? Is this another stinky example of o
of AGTI bullsh**??! I want to know.. Yes, i am in that mode again..the mode of: Yeah, i am the idiot who invested in this co., I want to have
to have hope..i want to make money.. But for so long now i feel VERY "conned" BY THIS CO. Where is the financing? Where is the "almost inked" agreement. Also..how can Chris Sargent say that partymax is a done deal. Didn't the testing of it just begin in England? am i missing something here? Where is the damn F I N A N C I N G???!!!

I'm going to try and make this as civil as possible under the circumstances. Let's get one thing clear right now, I'm not some lame shareholder who's in with 127 shares bought with spare change found in the sofa.
I have quite a bit of money on the line here, unlike some of the other people who post on this board and I WILL speak up at any time I feel a little balance is needed, as any other shareholder should be encouraged to do. Your little game of cat and mouse with the competition is fine as long as it is identified as such.
Information is fine, both pro AND con, and I would be the first to encourage it. However, when you play fast and loose with MY money, you can expect MY input.
I (and others here) paid the price by buying the stock, and you tell me I can't express my opinion or question a competitor who shows up to badmouth my stock, without, I assume having a dime of his cash on the line?
GET REAL

<<Maybe some of us like to have that information reported here, and don't care whether Hardrocker, tgs, or the Easter Bunny posts it.>>

WHAT! Thoughtful objective analysis? I'm sorry, you're going to have to leave <G>!
