This [Lambda-Physik] laser system was first introduced at Semicon Japan in December 1997, and the first production unit was shipped to a potential customer last month. This is contrary to statements made recently by a competitor that it was the first company to have such a less than 0.6 pm excimer laser system available.

Does this mean that one of CYMI's lasers also has a <0.6 pm?

>first production unit was shipped to a potential customer

Is that a contradiction in terms or am I missing something?
