Hi Bob, Mr. Murphy doesn't talk to me about pending litigation and I don't ask because it would just put him on the spot. My guess is that when all this mess started hitting the fan with the rumormill, he was advised to stay out. If that was the case, I wholeheartedly agree. I hope this answered your ????? Lou

Ancient Chinese curse on one's enemies: "May you live in interesting times." It used to be interesting here. It has gotten more and more like a school yard fight between third graders, but more childish. You guys really deserve each other. You have bullied every single dissenter off the board. You have insulted honest inquiry. You have refused to openly share your little secrets. I can't begin to count the false accusations you have made. A totally disagreeable pile of ........! If you folks are representative of this company then, I can understand why we are where we are today. Frankly, if lawsuits are being filed, I truly hope I'm on the list because the countersuit for a frivolous suit will be immediate and HIGHLY rewarding.
