Hey Randall,

Since dateks recent upgrades and increased capacity I've noticed little lag on orders placed at open. You used to be lucky to get an execution before 9:45 am, but I haven't had this problem for quite awhile.

Datek is an MM in only one stock, I forget which one, but it is on this thread from a Datek rep -- I thought it was QUAL but I am looking at L2 now and I don't see DATK listed as an MM for it

Randall, All I can say is that I really don't what to think about Datek's sincerity any more. They have posted inconsistencies that have set off alarm bells in my head. That is why a few posts ago I said to get to know how Datek operates (in reality, not what is posted here) and adjust your trading accordingly.
