NMS listing comments:
Most of us know that TAVA was suppose to receive their NMS listing back in Feb. Here we are mid-April and No listing, what's going on?
My best answer is that if you do not know already, NASDAQ raised many of the listing requirements last year. They have been delisting companies at a rapid rate because of non-compliance on the new higher standards. Since the are delisting companies right and left, anyone that applies for upgrade to higher staus is looked at long and hard before the nasdaq raises the status. Will also guess that we will see no nms until after next earnings report, (nasdaq wants to see numbers before the nod is given). The point here is that nasdaq does not want to raise tava until they feel comfortable that they won't have to turn around and delist them in a year.
