But you ought to keep in mind, that a lot of the employees get their
pay from these shares. I imagine I'd want to diversify or take a
little pay especially with all this volatility in the market. The
company seems to be doing fine, but some supposed smart guy that
thinks all semis are going in the toilet could instantly give you a
3-year retroactive 15% pay cut or cost you a downpayment. That sure
is a big number though
